Na PTC procuramos reforçar a nossa equipa de "Eficiência Operativa e Melhora Contínua" com um Engenheiro de Tempos & Métodos MTM, com experiência no setor AUTOMOTIVO, para trabalhar num projeto importante para o nosso cliente TIER-1 localizado em Lanheses, Viana do Castelo.


Tarefas e Responsabilidades:

  • Criação e adaptação de linhas de montagem para melhorar a produtividade
  • Gestão do tempo nas linhas de fabricação.
  • Análise e medição de tempos fazendo uso do MTM (Methods-Time Measurement).
  • Equilíbrio de postos de trabalho para otimizar a eficiência.
  • Apoio na concepção de novas peças, considerando viabilidade, ergonomia e repetibilidade.
  • Especificação e documentação técnica do processo de montagem, incluindo ferramentas manuais e codificação dos tempos de engenharia.
  • Desenvolvimento e implementação de ferramentas manuais no local de fabricação.
  • Dimensionamento das linhas de montagem para garantir uma operação eficiente.


Requisitos:

  • Formação como Técnico Superior, Licenciatura em Engenharia Industrial ou similar
  • Experiência relevante entre 3 a 5 anos
  • Experiência específica em preparação de linhas de montagem mecânica no setor automotivo, incluindo balanceamento de trabalhos
  • Conhecimento de subconjuntos de peças metálicas é desejável
  • Certificação MTM 1 e MTM 2 é uma vantagem
  • Proficiência em MS Office e MS Project
  • Fluência em Português OU Espanhol; Inglês intermédio.
