La Redoute Portugal is looking for an Accounting Technician for General Accounting team in Leiria.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Preparation of accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis to prepare monthly close (close on the 3rd day of each month)
  • Justification of balance sheet accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Antifraud controls, namely in creation of suppliers and customers
  • Analysis of interface rejections
  • Other tasks related to accounting and internal control
  • Preparation of Tax and Statistical Declarations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Academic background in Accounting or related areas
  • At least one first experience in Accounting
  • Solid knowledge of Excel;
  • Organization, rigor and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proactivity;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Proficiency in English or French (oral and written)
