Estamos à procura de um Key Account Assistant, para departamento comercial de empresa multinacional, líder de mercado, na área do grande consumo.

descrição da função/job description

  • Dar suporte aos Key Account Managers das principais contas de retalho moderno;
  • Apoiar na gestão do diaadia, controlo e followup de vários temas da atividade comercial;
  • Apoio na gestão promocional dos clientes;
  • Participar, atualizar, criar e desenvolver reports de monitorização do negócio, trabalhando com Excel, Power BI e Real Metrics;
  • Preparação de ferramentas Sell Out para a força de vendas e apoio na implementação no ponto de venda;
  • Trabalhar em estreita ligação com diferentes departamentos vitais à área comercial como Shopper Marketing, Supply, Field, etc;
  • Análise do mercado e da concorrência;
  • Manutenção de bases de dados de clientes e de produtos.
requisitos/requirements

  • Licenciatura/Mestrado em Economia, Gestão ou similares (preferencial, mas não eliminatório);
  • Forte capacidade analítica;
  • Domínio na utilização de ferramentas MS-Office, em especial em Excel;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, facilitando o relacionamento interpessoal e o trabalho em equipa;
  • Orientado por objetivos e focado no desenvolvimento do negócio tanto no curto como no longo prazo;
  • Gosto pela área comercial.
