We are looking for a Compliance and Financial Performance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
What are my responsibilities?
- Management and controlling of legal entity and affiliated company comprising one or more profit-cost center.
- Management of Finance, Accounting and Tax procedures for consolidation purposes.
- Compliance assurance for legal entity and affiliated companies.
- Export Control assurance for legal entity and affiliated companies including relation with public authorities.
- Elaboration of forecasting / collaboration in drawing up the plan and closing activities (monthly, quarterly and annual).
- Monitoring of financial performance.
- Asset management coordination / reporting.
- Digitalization of business processes.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Experience in Compliance management
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- We value communicating, analyzing, learning, teamwork and customer orientation skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness.
- Experience in Export Control Management
