The role leads the positioning and promotion in the Performance Specialties markets drives creation of new business opportunities through the ownership of the Elementis (corporate) digital/lead management process.

This is a global, high impact, collaborative role where you will work closely with the other colleagues in Performance Specialties, and beyond Performance Specialties, with Personal Care marketing and sales, corporate communication, technology and IT.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
You define and execute positioning and promotion activities for Performance Specialties business. You own the development of Elementis positioning in the markets, in alignment with Elementis purpose, branding and message house.

You translate segment and regional promotion needs into a comprehensive strategic communication plan, leading the regional plan execution in collaboration with rest of marketing teams, technical and commercial teams and corporate communication team.

You lead content development for

Performance Specialties:

the creation of sales tools, brochures, stories, teasers and internal and external presentations for Performance specialties business, using a mix of internal resources (marketing specialist and other resources in marketing, technology and technical sales) and external resources.

You manage Performance Specialties Communication Platforms, including content management and SEO and SEA.

Platforms include Performance Specialties webpages, Elementis China Website, Performance Specialties Social Media platforms and Performance Specialties content for Elementis social media.

You manage third party product promotion platforms and manage relationships and interphases to support communication through distribution channel. You are responsible for the management of Performance Specialties product communication assets in the PIM.

You are in charge of defining the model and process to generate, qualify and convert leads in NBOs, for Elementis globally.

You take industry best practices, digitalization trends and customer journey and build the lead management roadmap for Elementis, setting a plan to achieve it.

You connect, engage and train relevant functions across Elementis (e.g. IT, corporate communication, sales) and considers existing processes and tools (e.g. website, sample management, Saleforce) to ensure lead management process is functioning.

You drive continuous improvement of ROI of marketing communication and digital activities and use it to decides on priorities and new adoptions.

You set relevant metrics to report to Performance Specialties Leadership team on ROI and digital lead conversion to NBOs.
You have a team leadership role: you are responsible for the development, performance and motivation of direct reports team. You lead by influence and through direct engagement, cross functional and cross region vertical teams, on a project or activity basis,
What will it takeTechnical Knowledge and Skills
Advanced expertise in digital communication, lead management and creation on new business from digital marketing activities.
Advanced expertise in SEO and SEAExperience in and/or digitalization in chemical industryHighly skilled in leading multifunctional teams and projects with digital/IT characterPosition Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably Business, Marketing, Communication, Design or equivalent. Master degree is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years experience in multinational companies, preferably in Market development, Product Communication or Digital Marketing positions

IT Skills:
MS office knowledge, Design program skills nice to have

Language Skills:

Verbal and written fluency in which English Working arrangements: Hybrid and home office possible Traveling required: 30% of travel required.
