As a customer service specialist in this exciting project, you will be responsible for:
- Providing solutions to customers requiring assistance with financial and credit card services
- Delivering exceptional customer service through phone interactions
- Enhancing customer experience by actively listening to their needs and issues, aiming for quick issue resolution whenever possible
- Establishing meaningful connections, addressing customer inquiries with politeness, warmth, and professionalism
- Achieving and surpassing quality targets, compliance standards, and productivity objectives
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Native or proficient proficiency in French (C2 level) (mandatory)
- Advanced English skills (at least C1) in verbal and written communication (mandatory)
- Excellent communication abilities – including strong phone conversation skills, active listening, and exceptional writing skills
- Proficiency in using computers
- A motivated and enthusiastic demeanor
- Engagement in commercial activities
