As a customer service specialist in this exciting project, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing solutions to customers requiring assistance with financial and credit card services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through phone interactions
  • Enhancing customer experience by actively listening to their needs and issues, aiming for quick issue resolution whenever possible
  • Establishing meaningful connections, addressing customer inquiries with politeness, warmth, and professionalism
  • Achieving and surpassing quality targets, compliance standards, and productivity objectives

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Native or proficient proficiency in French (C2 level) (mandatory)
  • Advanced English skills (at least C1) in verbal and written communication (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication abilities – including strong phone conversation skills, active listening, and exceptional writing skills
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • A motivated and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Engagement in commercial activities
  • Self-organization, planning, and prioritization capabilities
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage stress effectively
  • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt swiftly to challenging circumstances
  • Technical aptitude and a quick grasp of new technologies

  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is a must
  • Being a local candidate or open to relocating to sunny Lisbon, Portugal, for on-site work
