We are looking for a committed Order Support Specialist to join our client's Retail Back-Office Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing escalations from customer-facing colleagues, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of online order fulfillment issues. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and have a sharp attention to detail, this opportunity is ideal for you.
The working mode for this project is hybrid, including an onsite component in Lisbon (Portugal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Issue Resolution: Address escalations and complex issues from order initiation to delivery, guaranteeing timely and effective resolutions.
- Liaison and Communication: Collaborate closely with partners to resolve issues, providing a seamless experience by keeping the customer informed. Communicate updates and solutions via phone and email.
- Record-Keeping: Execute detailed tasks in SAP, following protocols with the utmost precision.
- Investigation and Decision-Making: Conduct thorough investigations affecting customer and partner relationships, always striving for rapid customer satisfaction.
- Process Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of online purchases, managing changes and processing RMAs.
Required Experience:
- - Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Turkish (C2) and a proficient level in English (B2).
- - Residency permit for Portugal or citizenship in an EU member state.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with precision, recognizing the significance of small details.
- Problem-Solving: Strong proactive problem-solving skills, focused on delivering customer-centric resolutions.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated capability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Customer Satisfaction: Background in a back-office setting with a strong customer satisfaction focus.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
- KPI Focused: Interest in personal and team performance metrics, with a positive approach to achieving objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP is beneficial, but training can be provided.
- Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work overtime, as the role correlates directly with order volume.
- Team Player: Flourish in a collaborative setting that values teamwork and camaraderie.
