IT Security Consultant


A Zurich está a recrutar para a equipa de Security Services & Operations um recurso que irá trabalhar diretamente com o BISO local.

Esta função terá a responsabilidade de suportar a BU em todas as atividades relacionadas com a segurança IT e da informação.


Principais tarefas:

  • Suportar todas as atividades necessárias para alinhar as estratégias de segurança de TI;
  • Identificar, mitigar riscos e implementar controlos que levem a uma gestão de riscos eficaz;
  • Suportar a BU, no âmbito da avaliação de segurança na implementação de novas soluções ou alteração de soluções existentes;
  • Fornecer à BU orientações sobre políticas e processos relevantes do grupo;
  • Executar o plano de consciencialização de segurança e monitorizar a execução das formações obrigatórias de segurança que devem ser efetuadas pelos colaboradores;
  • Suportar todos os processos de contratação de prestadores externos no que concerne a avaliação de segurança dos mesmos e avaliação de contratos;
  • Suportar processos de resolução de incidentes;
  • Identificar potenciais ou reais problemas de conformidade e recomendar ações apropriadas;
  • Suportar processos de investigação forense, inspeção de dados;
  • Suportar a implementação de projetos globais;
  • Suportar a BU na abertura de incidentes ou pedidos de segurança;
  • Suportar a implementação de regulação local e global que envolva a área de segurança IT;
  • Executar e monitorizar processos de revisão de acessos das aplicações locais;
  • Documentar processos, políticas e promover o seu melhoramento contínuo.

  • Capacidade de comunicação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e de tradução de problemas técnicos e complexos em mensagens claras para as equipas não técnicas;
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e gestão do tempo e prazos.

Experiência/conhecimentos necessários:

  • Licenciatura em Informática, Engenharia de Sistemas, ou similar;
  • Conhecimento técnicos e experiência de segurança IT ((Patching, Anti-Virus, Controle de Vulnerabilidades / Cybersecurity)
  • Domínio da língua inglesa;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos de Cloud Pública (AWS, MS Azure, etc);
  • Conhecimento das metodologias arquiteturas e boas práticas de segurança de refeência (MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP).

Experiência/conhecimentos preferenciais:

  • Experiência no mercado segurador;
  • Experiência na utilização e análise de ferramentas de gestão de vulnerabilidades e metodologias de testes de intrusão;
  • Bons conhecimentos sobre como funcionam as tecnologias de segurança (DLP, firewalls, Log management, IDS/IPS, Proxies, etc);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de execução de scans estáticos e dinâmicos, preferencialmente Veracode.
