Estamos à procura de um Application Support para se juntar a um grupo com ampla gama de serviços financeiros, abrangendo desde serviços bancários convencionais, como contas e empréstimos, até soluções de investimento, gestão de patrimônio e seguros, atendendo tanto a clientes individuais quanto a empresas de grande porte e instituições financeiras.

Principais tarefas:

  • Efetuar a validação entre cada ambiente
  • Realizar revisões regulares de scripts antes da fase UAT
  • Elaborar um relatório regular para o gestor de projeto/líder técnico dos pontos do servidor e da aplicação a melhorar
  • Propor e implementar otimizações para o projeto (podem estar ligadas à configuração do servidor, reescrita de scripts)
  • Realizar um planeamento da capacidade dos projetos pelo menos uma vez por ano
  • Facilitar a implementação entre a equipa de projeto e a equipa de especialistas SQL (produção) para facilitar o trabalho
  • Prestar apoio aos projetos no que diz respeito à definição de soluções
  • Participar na normalização de práticas
  • Participar na validação das migrações efetuadas de instâncias de servidores
  • Participar na evolução das ferramentas dos servidores
  • Fornecer formação ao pessoal informático sobre as tecnologias dos servidores
  • Gerir os incidentes de acordo com o Service Delivery GITSDE/ITIL Standards/SLA, e em coordenação com outras equipas, incluindo as equipas de produção
  • Restabelecer os serviços o mais rapidamente possível sempre que ocorrer um incidente
  • Identificar problemas recorrentes e pedidos de serviço e definir planos de ação para os reduzir

Competências técnicas:

  • Pelo menos 10 anos de experiência numa posição semelhante
  • Conhecimentos gerais de infraestruturas informáticas
  • Conhecimentos específicos e experiência com RedHat Linux, Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL, CFT e MQ Series
  • Experiência com scripting de sistemas
  • Experiência de trabalho em TI
  • Bom conhecimento da norma ITIL, especialmente das práticas e da gestão de incidentes, alterações e pedidos
  • ANSIBLE e DEVOPS
  • Sys Admin
