Role Description:

As part of our Customer Support team, you'll be the voice of our company, the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your days will be filled with interactions, problem-solving, and making people's days better. You'll handle customer queries via email and live chat, provide product advice, and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction. No previous experience?
