Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Apply indepth tax knowledge to solve complex problems and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide tax suggestions to improve solutions/results.
  • Classification and entry of accounting documents.
  • Reconcile banks, customers and suppliers accounts.
  • Support monthly and annual closing of accounts.
  • Support the application in incentives (PT2030, SIFIDE).
  • Support, if necessary, invoicing to clients and collections.
Skills

  • Minimum of 5year work experience as an Accountant
  • Knowledge in Taxation
  • Degree level education in Accounting and Finance or similar, preferably a certified Accountant
  • Experience in launching and preparing accounting movements and tax obligations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Good team management skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, and selfmotivated, with good priority management and organization skills
  • Results and detailoriented person
  • Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English written and spoken (mandatory)
