Your new company


A leading company in the industrial sector is looking for an HR Generalist & Payroll (m/f/d) for a temporary reinforcement of the team.


Your new role All tasks relating to payroll and pension administration;Monitor employees holiday requests and update and maintain "birthday day off" allowance;Maintain time in lieu and overtime records on HR system;Administration of staff recruitment (developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, checking application forms and assisting with interviewing);Update and maintain HR files and database;Preparation of induction documents and carry out Induction with new team members;Provide monthly employee absence reporting to finance for payroll;Organize training needs;Liaise with HR external consultant for support as required;HR policy and procedures implementation including drafting documentation;Oversee and administer the performance management softwares.

What you'll need to succeed Higher education in Human Resources or similar;5 plus years of experience in a similar role;Fluency in English;Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;Outstanding analytical and communication skills;Attention to detail, exceptional time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines;Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognise and develop a solution;Proactive and positive attitude.
