You will be responsible for ensuring seamless system integration, managing technical projects, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs.


Your main responsibilities:
Maintain non-production and production environments in partnership with our provider.
Manage the relationship with the vendor/supplier and monitor supplier SLAs.
Ensure service quality (incident and problem management, change management).Participate in Level 3 incident/problem committees and crisis cells.
Draft technical and protocol specifications.

You're ideal for the role if you have:6 years of experience as an application integratorExperience in maintaining production environments.
Good experience in MySQL, RedHatAbility to manage vendor relationships and monitor SLAs.
Strong incident and problem management skills.
Knowledge of security and regulatory constraints.
Experience in defining and executing test strategies.

Fluency in French:
