Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information via multiple channels.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders from start to finish, ensuring efficiency.
