Currently, our team is in search of the
Head of Trading, who will lead our
Traders Team to identify, create, follow, and update the trading strategy, making sure it's efficient.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the trading tools for reporting and control
  • Working with the databased trading algorithm
  • Data analysis
  • Set up key metrics, monitor and control them
  • Processes and procedures synchronization (across all BU)
  • Risk management (trading)
  • Follow the latest macro and crypto trends
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sr. traders, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Workload distribution
  • Support of L&D (assessment center) activities in terms of trading
  • Participate in internal initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space
  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level) to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Strong trading and finance expertise
  • Good at researching
  • Experienced in working with big data, analysis
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
