Atualmente estamos a recrutar para a posição de
Human Resources Specialist (M/F) para cliente na zona de Amiais de Cima.
Funções:
- Organizar e executar todas as tarefas relacionadas com o processamento salarial;
- Elaborar mapas de salários;
- Tratar e analisar a Gestão de Tempos dos colaboradores;
- Assegurar a gestão contratual;
- Assegurar a gestão de saídas;
- Efetuar o preenchimento e o envio de questionários, estatísticas, mapas oficiais, relatório único, e outros relatórios e reporting da área administrativa de RH;
- Assegurar a gestão do processo individual dos colaboradores;
- Assegurar a gestão administrativa dos prestadores de serviços de saúde;
- Cumprir com os objetivos quantitativos e qualitativos inerentes à função;
- Outras tarefas inerentes ao Departamento Administrativo de Recursos Humanos.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Psicologia ou similar;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em Recursos Humanos;
- Experiência na área de processamento salarial e gestão administrativa de RH (eliminatório);
- Conhecimentos sólidos de Legislação Laboral e Fiscal (eliminatório);
- Experiência em ambiente industrial (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de Office;
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial).
