Scope - North Area

Reporting to the Training Manager for Western Europe, you will join a dynamic training team based in 3 markets - France, Spain, Portugal, under the leadership of a Training Manager and alongside 9 other dedicated training professionals. This role, located in Porto, involves creating engaging training materials and delivering impactful training sessions through various channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Field

The Onsite Sales Trainer will have a key role in providing hands-on coaching and support to store staff, collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs) to boost key performance indicators (KPIs) and elevate overall team performance.

  • Spend quality time in-store, offering coaching and mentorship to store staff.
  • Conduct targeted coaching sessions to address performance issues promptly and provide constructive feedback in real-time.
  • Work together with RSMs to pinpoint areas for enhancement and develop actionable plans to tackle them.
  • Offer guidance to RSMs in implementing strategies to elevate store performance.
  • Collaborate with DSMs to evaluate team performance and spot improvement opportunities.
  • Team up with DSMs to roll out initiatives aimed at driving KPI improvement and uplifting overall team effectiveness.

Training Project Management

  • Take charge of end-to-end project management, identifying needs, group collaboration, and implementing training materials.
  • Utilize innovative training tools during collection launches, such as storytelling and effective sales arguments.
  • Develop toolkits customized for the sales team's specific requirements.
  • Create engaging training workshops tailored to address the needs of the teams.
  • Adapt Global Training content to suit the requirements of the French market.

Training (in person and virtually)

  • Develop and craft training content aligned with business needs and training schedules.
  • Lead engaging training sessions, varying from short 30-minute sessions to comprehensive 2-day trainings.
  • Conduct training for diverse sales teams, including Owned and Operated Stores, Franchises, and Multibrands.
  • Lead training sessions for specific collection or project launches in collaboration with other departments within the organization.

E-Learning

  • Adapt Global learning content and update training modules on the e-Learning platform.
  • Create fresh training content for the e-Learning platform, incorporating hybrid training methods, videos, podcasts, and more.

Administration

  • Prepare training sessions and manage logistical aspects efficiently.
  • Analyze and act on training feedback received from colleagues.
  • Track and monitor the completion rate of online training modules.
  • Support various teams in their training plans and guide new joiners through their onboarding training at Pandora.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Bring substantial experience in on-the-ground training, conducting in-person training sessions, and overseeing training projects.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English required, with Spanish or French language skills considered a valuable asset.
  • Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
