DERA is a first-mover FinTech startup on a mission to unlock trapped value in closed ecosystems. We help companies to enter digital economies by providing them with the infrastructure to create digital assets.


Our payment currency DERA is built to be the robust and solid backbone that powers all interest-bearing assets across various digital economies.


We are a team of six passionate individuals, and we are currently in prototype development in preparation for our first funding round.

Every successful company needs a visionary and an integrator. We are looking for an integrator to join as a CTO and co-founder.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a fullstack engineer
  • Ability to work independently, and take responsibility and pride in your work
  • Ability to write highperformance, highsecurity code
  • Good English level (written and spoken)
  • Personal drive and a healthy level of professionalism

Nice to have:

  • Smart contract/blockchain experience (Solidity/Rust)
  • Previous employment in a major startup that was successful (exit through IPO or acquisition)
  • Experience leading teams with clear communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of new technology solutions
  • Managing the technology budget and making decisions about resource allocation
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies
  • Leading and managing the organization's technology team
