More than 5 years of professional experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst/Technician;Experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory and Ping 2MFA (IAM platform);Experience with custom PingFederate adapters (login pages) developed and published for PingFederate;Knowledge maintening custom scripts for publishing and managing IAM platforms;Knowledge developing and publishing custom login pages, management of certificates and credentials in IAM platform;Experience in incident management at platform level (excluded up to Operating System level) after triage in Service Now by ITSM teams;Knowledge publishing new content or updates in API Developer Portal;Support production operations teams in IAM patching and upgrades at platform level prior analysis of possible impacts and proper process;Fluency in English (written and spoken).
