Nortempo Porto is currently looking for Customer Service (m/f) for a client in Guilhufe, Penafiel.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
  • Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies (In Medical companies this is "key")
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Good in English, both in speech and writing (other languages are welcome)
  • Medium office knowledge
  • High school diploma
  • Experience of 2 years +
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft (Excel & Word) practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sales-oriented approach
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Capable to work under (time) pressure

Offer:

Salary:
up to 950€

Benefits:
Medical Company with international roots, with main office in The Netherlands

  • Attendance premium paid every semester, in January and July

Contract:
Temporary contract, for the time need to replace an absence due to pregnancy

Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
