Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. ● Creation of quotations for internal and external customers
● Invoicing in SAP and MS office/google application
● Support Program, sales and VSM at negotiations with customers
● Create "timesheets" for external settlement
● Manage commercial Risk and Opportunities
● Define commercial boundary conditions for quotations
● Create contracts
● Secure compliant contract management process
● Support and collaborate invoice processing
● Create Business Cases, and financial business plans.
● Bringing together the offer status and details and representing them to the steering
committee
● Clarification with customers on unclear topics.
● Check commercial data to the IT interface (e.g AirSupply,..)
● Key User functions for Finance Part of the SAP SD Faktura Module
● Outlook Account "Account Receivable" In-/outbox for all questions to outgoing invoices

A bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
Experience in leading various projects and negotiations
High resilience and assertiveness
Team & communication skills
Business fluent English (German desirable)
Basic knowledge in SAP SD
Experience in MS Office and G Suite
