Job description:
- Involves liaising online and by telephone with external/internal clients within the financial area and completing any administrative service.
Job responsibilities:
- Ship to collect;
- Credit and collections;
- Invoicing;
- Other duties as assigned.
Profile:
- Completed secondary school or university degree;
- Experience: 13 years in collections and customer care;
- Fluency in English (B2) and French (B2);
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Numerical skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.
Offer:
- Direct employment contract with the client company;
- Hybrid timetable: 3 days in the office and 2 from home (after training):
- Basic salary + language alowance + meal allowance;
