Garantir um aumento significativo nas subscrições individuais e corporativas;
Construir e desenvolver relações com clientes em toda a sua carteira de clientes;
Apresentar estatísticas de uso e métricas importantes para os clientes;
Proteger os nossos direitos autorais e oportunidades de monetização destacadas por violação do cliente;
Estabelecer as melhores práticas de vendas e envolvimento com o cliente;
Transição do negócio de subscrições individuais para corporativas;
Impulsionar maior penetração e envolvimento na base de clientes existente.
O que procuramos?
Fluente/nativo em Inglês;
Experiência na área comercial e em responsabilidades similares;
Bom ouvinte, com uma mentalidade de resolução de problemas;
Capacidade natural de resolver conflitos de forma rápida e eficiente.
