Garantir que todos os produtos são seguros e eficazes para serem usados pelos doentes. Liderar a implementação de iniciativas de melhoria da eficiência, da qualidade do produto e da segurança. A colaboração com todos os departamentos envolvidos é fundamental para aumentar a produtividade global

Main Duties & Responsibilities /Principais Funções e Responsabilidades:

  • To assure Production department operate in compliance with EU GMP, EHS, site security and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Planning, lead, and coordinate Production & Cleaning activities assuring that all internal procedures and standard operation instructions are followed and adhered to.
  • Prepare and verify documentation and ensure the permanent updating of the procedures under its responsibility.
  • Ensure that the production records are completed, reviewed and signed.
  • Deliver continuous improvement in Production & Cleaning operations focusing Quality, Production Efficiency and Cost.
  • Determine the resources that will be required and when these will be needed to meet the production schedule.
  • Monitor productivity using the company's business performance indicators and pursue its improvement.
  • Monitor and follow up on equipment operational requirements.
  • Collect and treat data aiming to monitor the manufacturing processes.
  • Lead training of the production & cleaning team.
  • Coordinate and lead production team daily tasks.
  • Actively participate in coordinated activities with other Departments, namely, the Agriculture, Maintenance and Quality Departments.
  • Report any EHS related accidents, incidents or near misses in a timely manner to EHS the organization.
  • Assegurar que o departamento de produção atua em conformidade com as EU-GMP da UE, EHS, segurança do local e outros requisitos regulamentares aplicáveis.
  • Planear, liderar e coordenar as actividades de produção e limpeza, assegurando que todos os procedimentos internos e instruções de operação padrão são seguidos e respeitados.
  • Preparar e verificar a documentação e assegurar a atualização permanente dos procedimentos sob a sua responsabilidade.
  • Assegurar que os registos de produção são preenchidos, revistos e assinados.
  • Assegurar a melhoria contínua das operações de produção e limpeza, centrando-se na qualidade, na eficiência da produção e nos custos.
  • Determinar os recursos que serão necessários e quando serão necessários para cumprir o calendário de produção.
  • Monitorizar a produtividade utilizando os indicadores de desempenho comercial da empresa e procurar melhorá-la.
  • Monitorizar e acompanhar os requisitos operacionais dos equipamentos.
  • Recolher e tratar dados com vista ao acompanhamento dos processos de fabrico.
  • Liderar a formação da equipa de produção e limpeza.
  • Coordenar e liderar as tarefas diárias da equipa de produção.
  • Participar ativamente em actividades coordenadas com outros departamentos, nomeadamente, os departamentos de Agricultura, Manutenção e Qualidade.
  • Comunicar atempadamente quaisquer acidentes, incidentes ou quase-acidentes relacionados com a EHS à organização

Education /Educação:

  • Degree / Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or in an area relevant to the job.
  • Excellent level of English, spoken and written.
  • Licenciatura/Mestrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas ou em outra qualquer área relevante para a função
  • Excelente nível de Inglês, falado e escrito.

Technical Competencies /Competências Técnicas:

  • Knowledge of GMP and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of health and safety industry standards.
  • Understanding of Good Agricultural and Collection Practice.
  • Conhecimento das BPF e do fabrico de substância activa.
  • Bom conhecimento das normas de saúde e segurança do sector.
  • Conhecimento das boas práticas agrícolas e de colheita.

Required Experience /Experiência Necessária:

  • Experience in EU-GMP environment.
  • Experience in EU-GMP API environment is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in production supervisor is a plus.
  • Experiência de trabalho em ambiente GMP
  • Experiência de trabalho em ambiente de trabalhão EU-GMP Substância Activa (preferencial).
  • 3 a 5 anos de experiência na supervisão de operações de fabrico (preferencial).
