Randstad is hiring a Master Data Management Data Architect, for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).


This professional will be responsbile for designing Enterprise Data Architecture; designing, building, and applying Data Architecture standards; support business stakeholders; suggestion of actions and execution of plans.

  • Support, govern and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned Data Strategy across the company.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture, including data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and implement conceptual, logical and physical data models, data flow diagrams, data
dictionaries, and other relevant artifacts that describe data structures, relationships, and dependencies.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other technical teams to identify and
prioritize data requirements, use cases, and data sources.

  • Work with data governance officers, data engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure the efficient and effective integration, transformation, storage, and retrieval of data across various systems and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain metadata repositories and data lineage documentation to track data sources, transformations, and usage.
  • Ensure that data models are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory and privacy requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards, data validation rules, and data profiling techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
  • Develop and maintain data standards, and procedures to ensure that data assets are managed and used in accordance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data architecture and modeling practices.
requisitos/requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, with experience in administrating Master Data Management tools.
  • Understanding in Master Data Management & tools such as Tibco EBX (or others similar).
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts, including master data structure, format, governance, and security.
  • Expertise in SQL, data profiling, data quality, and data integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data management concepts such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage with security best practices.
  • Experience in implementing business workflows for master data creation and maintenance.
  • Good analytical skills and solutionoriented.
  • English communication skills (intermediate level B2 is a mandatory requirement, interviews will be in English).
