Estamos a dinamizar a nossa área de Outsourcing e para isso estamos à procura de uma pessoa empreendedora, com criatividade extrema para visualizar oportunidades de negócios e idealizar formas de rentabilizá-las, coordenando e desenvolvendo novos projetos, para desempenhar a função de Talent Attraction & Business Development, para o nosso escritório de Lisboa.


O TEU DIA A DIA:

  • Prospeção de clientes;
  • Publicar anúncios de emprego em páginas de carreiras, feiras de emprego e redes sociais;
  • Procurar candidatos através de vários canais (base de dados, anúncios, grupos Facebook, Linkedin, etc);
  • Estabelecer uma vasta rede de contactos com potenciais clientes e candidatos;
  • Realizar triagens curriculares e entrevistas;
  • Elaborar relatórios de entrevista;
  • Acompanhamento e contacto com clientes, levantamento das suas necessidades, assegurar a receção dos pedidos de recrutamento e de outsourcing;
  • Enviar shortlist aos clientes com potenciais candidatos qualificados;
  • Promover ativamente os melhores candidatos a potenciais clientes;
  • Atualizar os clientes sobre o estado dos candidatos número de candidatos obtidos vs perdidos);
  • Preparar os candidatos antes das entrevistas com os clientes;
  • Criar pipelines de talentos com candidatos de elevado potencial para futuras oportunidades nos clientes.
