Offer Description We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team working on the LUCA-pi project, a major initiative aimed at improving early detection and management of lung cancer. The project focuses on characterizing tumor-infiltrating and systemic adaptive immune responses in early-stage lung cancer patients.
You will analyze high-dimensional datasets generated from:
RNA sequencing and immunogenomics (BCR-seq, TCR-seq) of fresh-frozen tumor nodules
Transcriptomics and immunogenomics of peripheral blood cells
Spatial transcriptomics and immunogenomics data
The goal is to integrate these multi-modal datasets at patient and cohort levels to identify diagnostic and prognostic blood-based immunogenomic biomarkers.

Skills/Qualifications Required Qualifications:
PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
Strong programming skills (R and/or Python)
Experience with NGS data analysis, particularly RNA-seq
Background in immunology and/or cancer biology
Proven track record of analyzing large-scale genomics datasets
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with single-cell RNA-seq analysis
Familiarity with immune repertoire analysis
Knowledge of spatial transcriptomics data analysis
Experience with multi-modal data integration
Background in biomarker discovery
Languages:
ENGLISH Level: Excellent
