Descripción del rol: Ferrovial Energía nace con el objetivo de promover la transición hacia una economía más sostenible y limpia. Estamos presentes en los principales mercados de Ferrovial y nos centramos en ofrecer soluciones innovadoras para el desarrollo, construcción y operación de infraestructuras de generación, almacenamiento y transmisión de energías renovables.
MISIÓN: Su misión será la de liderar la gestión de contratos de los diferentes proyectos en todas sus fases (licitación, ejecución, O&M y garantías) y supervisar la relación con los clientes, en coordinación con el equipo de los proyectos y con los departamentos de Estudios, Jurídico, Compras, Seguros….
FUNCIONES: Gestión de proyectos EPC: seguimiento de obligaciones contractuales durante la ejecución del proyecto.
Asistir al equipo de cada proyecto, redactando, revisando y negociando los principales contratos, modificaciones y órdenes de cambio en coordinación con la dirección de los proyectos y el departamento jurídico.
Análisis de los contratos en fase de licitación. Identificar, en coordinación con el departamento jurídico, líneas rojas y posibles riesgos. Establecer las contingencias a considerar en función de los riesgos.
Supervisar y coordinar las relaciones con los clientes.
Monitorización y seguimiento del cumplimiento del contrato por ambas partes.
Preparación y seguimiento de la documentación del contrato.
Garantizar la gestión documental asociada al proyecto.
Garantizar que las condiciones contractuales son traspasadas, en la medida de lo posible, a proveedores y subcontratas.
Responder, de acuerdo con los requerimientos del contrato, a todas las comunicaciones formales del cliente.
Gestión de variaciones y desviaciones.
Identificación de oportunidades en los proyectos.
Identificación de riesgos en los proyectos. Definición del plan de acción de mitigación y seguimiento.
Gestión de reclamaciones de los clientes, contratistas y proveedores.
Supervisar la gestión de seguros de los proyectos.
Supervisar el traspaso adecuado de los proyectos entre los equipos de construcción y O&M.
REQUISITOS: Titulación Universitaria: preferentemente Ingeniería Superior.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia previa en puestos similares en proyectos EPC en el ámbito de las energías renovables.
Nivel alto de inglés (C1).
Conocimientos técnicos en el área de energía.
Experiencia en proyectos internacionales.
