O que terás de fazer - Analisar o mercado, de forma a adquirir conhecimentos profundos dos produtos, estilo e tendências atuais do sector do mobiliário doméstico;
- Apresentar soluções inovadoras, que respondam às necessidades do cliente, garantindo a qualidade e comodidade do produto;
- Acompanhar as diversas etapas desde a conceção do produto à industrialização e lançamento no mercado;
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos para o desenvolvimento e lançamento do produto no mercado;
- Controlar o orçamento estabelecido para o projeto, de forma a garantir que os custos são mantidos dentro do budget previsto;
- Desenvolver o portfólio das diversas gamas de produto.
O que deves garantir - Formação Superior em Engenharia do Produto, Engenharia dos Materiais, Engenharia Química ou Design de Produto ou similares;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 10 anos em funções similares, valorizando o segmento dos colchões ou estofos;
- Domínio da língua inglesa;
- Domínio de ferramentas CAD;
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
- Orientação para resultados;
- Execelentes habilidades de comunicação e interação.
