Join us in shaping the future of real estate. We are currently looking for a new member for the BrightCity team to join us in the position of Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst, BrightCity.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Consulting (experience in a Big 4 firm is highly valued).
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong capacity for data visualization and executive reporting.
Proven ability to approach complex problems with analytical rigor, coupled with advanced problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach.
Demonstrated organizational leadership and planning capabilities, with a proven track record of effective work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

Drive in-depth analysis of market trends to strategically identify new business ventures in the fields of energy efficiency and smart cities, aligning opportunities with company objectives.
Lead comprehensive economic viability studies for potential new projects and opportunities, presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Oversee and optimize financial and commercial performance metrics at both the company and project levels, ensuring alignment with business targets.
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations tailored for various stakeholders, including executive board meetings, client engagements, and strategic internal discussions.
