Then this is the right project for youWe are looking for a Business Development Executive for a multinational heating company.Responsabilidades- Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals;- Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients;- Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales;- Track all client interactions in the CRM system;- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base;- Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients;- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service;- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.Requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success;- Fluency in English and Italian;- Proficiency in CRM systems;- Excellent cold calling and presentation skills;- Strong organizational and time management abilities;- Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude;- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
