A empresa onde vai trabalhar Empresa de referência na sua área de atuação, pretende integrar na sua estrutura um Product Technical Manager (m/f/d) na zona de Lisboa.
A sua nova função Interpretar todo o conteúdo de informações sobre os requisitos técnicos do cliente e organiza planos para garantir que os conceitos de produto, o design e as amostras sejam reconhecidos. Analisar o mercado e os principais requisitos dos clientes para construir uma matriz e retratos de competência e apoiar o planeamento estratégico e técnico, considerando os aspetos de desempenho e custo com base nas vantagens dos produtos e tecnologia.
Garantir as trocas técnicas preliminares de pré-venda com os clientes, analisar as necessidades e propor soluções de produtos competitivas, alinhadas com as Soluções Internas de Produtos, com base nas necessidades do projeto. Preparar as propostas e suporte ao processo interno de desenvolvimento de produtos e colaborar com revisões técnicas internas/internacionais para garantir a conformidade, progresso, competitividade e sustentabilidade dos produtos. Realizar, em colaboração com o departamento de Product Solutions, pesquisas e benchmarking de produtos para apresentar soluções de tecnologia central compatíveis com diferentes segmentos de mercado e padrões dos clientes. Atuar como ponte entre os departamentos internos para garantir a melhor solução de produtos.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Eletrotécnica ou similar, a par com experiência superior a 3 anos em funções semelhantes, nomeadamente na área da energia e/ou sistemas de energia e baterias. São valorizados conhecimentos em sistemas de armazenamento de energia, análise de produto e, entre outros, conhecimento das políticas em padrões nacionais e internacionais de armazenamento de energia ESS.
Serão igualmente valorizadas competências interpessoais como alta capacidade de comunicação, liderança, autonomia e capacidade de gestão de prioridades, antecipação de problemas e tomada de ação para os resolver. Fluência em inglês é obrigatória, a par com a disponibilidade para viajar.
