If your background is in Property Management and you're looking for an opportunity in the luxury sector, being part of a multicultural company, this could be your dream opportunityWhat You'll DoMeeting & Onboarding New Property Owners.Basic knowledge of local accommodation regulation.Weekly inspections and reports.Keeping constant contact with the Homeowners of the Cascais & Lisbon properties.Inspecting properties & Project management when need repairs or improvements.Arranging outsourcing services for maintenance, cleaning, pool, landscaping, security and other ongoing services.Managing and supervising service providers.Control all of the information pertaining to the daily schedule of maintenance / suppliers, guaranteeing issues are duly solved on time.Liaise with the curation team.Represent PMP's values in all that you do.What You'll Need To Have Or BeMinimum of 2 years of experience with properties.Strong knowledge of the Cascais & Lisbon luxury real estate scenario.Strong communication skills.Analytical and problem-solver mindset and high attention to detail.An entrepreneurial attitude always looking to push boundaries.Fluency in English (our company language) and Portuguese.What We OfferFull PMP immersion and ongoing support.To become part of a team that is fast growing with the potential for more responsibility, since we're a result-driven company.Flexible working hours.Access to exclusive luxury properties in the Cascais & Lisbon region.In case you're interested, please send your CV and Cover Letter to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
