Para reforçar a equipa procuramos um Project Manager, com disponibilidade para trabalhar na Área Internacional.
MISSÃO:
Planear, organizar e supervisionar o processo de construção de Parques Eólicos, de acordo com orientações da chefia, planeamento e fases dos Projetos, tendo em conta legislação nacional e internacional, assim como os referenciais do QSA, a fim de construir a solução encontrada para o cliente, dentro das metas, prazos e custos definidos internamente.
- Analisar as memórias descritivas e memórias técnicas dos Projetos, assim como os orçamentos propostos pelo P&D, de modo a planear e organizar as fases de construção;
- Analisar as especificações e clausulado do contrato de obra firmado com o Cliente, estudando as realizações (milestones) do Projeto, por forma a definir e organizar fases de construção (prazos, penalizações, obrigações);
- Definir e Planear as diretrizes centrais com os Site Managers afetos aos Projetos, de modo a organizar tarefas e atividades, assim como caminhos críticos, por forma antecipar problemas e/ou contingências e cumprir com requisitos do QSA;
- Controlar os Mapas Comparativos, os Orçamentos e Compras, etc., das Subestações para apurar desvios e implementar medidas corretivas quando necessário;
- Assegurar a gestão do Cliente, fornecendo informações sobre andamento dos trabalhos/fases de construção, constrangimentos, realizações/metas, de modo a manter o Cliente informado e contribuir para a sua satisfação;
- Conceber e estruturar o modelo de funcionamento, report e atuação, definindo timings, templates, processos e workflows no âmbito do Projeto Kaizen e em articulação com o QSA, a fim de contribuir para eficiência operacional do funcionamento e atuação da área;
- Assegurar a Gestão de Recursos Humanos da equipa interna, promovendo o desenvolvimento de competências (técnicas e comportamentais), assim como primar pelo alinhamento das equipas com valores do Grupo e bom ambiente de trabalho, no sentido de garantir a valorização de todos;
- Efetuar o controlo de custos do projeto;
-Garantir o cumprimento do Reorçamento e prazo de obra.
- Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, eletrotécnica ou equiparado;
- Experiência de 3 anos em funções similares;
- Experiência em Gestão Contratual, Gestão de Risco e Planeamento;
- Experiência em ambiente internacional e disponibilidade internacional;
- Conhecimentos de MS Project, Autocad e SAP (preferencial);
- Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol (obrigatório).
