Main tasks: Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services. Support the preparation and administration of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs). Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and documentation. Help manage supplier relationships, including communication, negotiation, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and requirements. Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for IT procurement projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Excellent communication skills and a proficient level of English Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
