10+ years of experience in a fast-paced finance environment at a top-tier companyExperience in building and leading teamsStrong technical skills to understand and design the financial system infrastructurePositive attitude: 'Can do' approach and willing to give everything a go from manual processing to larger projectsExcellent organisation skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effectiveNice to Have
