With our extensive local expertise, creativity, and resources, we specialize in designing and executing your event objectives from logistics to exclusive high-end programmes.We are super excited to be recruiting a Client Solutions Project Manager to join the Ovation Portugal team based in Lisbon.Who you are:Within this new role, you will be the main responsible for the successful delivery of RFPs for Portugal. With strong communication and organizational skills, you function as a liaison between Sales and Operations. You ensure that the client needs outlined in the brief are met through winning proposals. Once the business is won, the project is handed over to Operations flawlessly, ensuring all prior work is properly documented and shared.You are a multi-tasker with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, innovation, and timely delivery of proposals at all times.You have a true passion for Portugal as a MICE destination and are constantly on the lookout for the newest venues and to-dos to ensure we are ahead of our game. You are a team player who feels at home in an international ambiance.Besides being our star in proposal development, you are also able to support our Operations team onsite when the event agenda calls for extra support, displaying your skills as an experienced Event Manager.Skills and requirements3 – 5 years of experience in the MICE Market as Project Manager/Event Manager (ideally DMC)Excellent knowledge of Portugal as a MICE destinationProven experience in budgeting and event proposal writingExperience with SAP CRM and/or Cvent is a plusGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient spoken and written Portuguese and English communication skills; fluency in other languages is a plusCreativity, curiosity, high energy level, and enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of individualsComfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and can effectively articulate and defend your decisions both orally and in writingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesAbility to make decisions and prioritize tasks while remaining calm under stressProblem-solving skillsAbility to work both autonomously and as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality solutionsEagerness to learnPortugal and international travel may be requiredInterest in and knowledge of sustainable event design valued** Please refrain from applying if you do not meet these requirements.**BENEFIT SUMMARYA fun, ambitious culture.
