Job Title : Video Content Analyst - Legal Operations (Junior Agent) Location : Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite) Start Dates : 11 November 2024, 25 November 2024, 9 December 2024 Salary & Benefits : Annual Base Salary : 14,000 EUR Language Premium Bonus : 2,100EUR /year Meal Allowance : 7.63EUR/day (paid in meal card, net amount) Transportation Bonus : 720EUR/year Yearly Target Bonus : 5% of annual gross salary Other Benefits : Health Insurance & Life Insurance (Family plan covering spouse/legal partner and children) Relocation support for candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal: 2,500 relocation bonus (paid with the first payroll) Bureaucratic support for NIF and NISS registration Assistance in finding accommodation tailored to candidate needs 1,000 gross for candidates moving within Portugal (for distances 100km+ away from Lisbon) Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Location: Lisbon (Santos office) Role Overview : As a Video Content Analyst in the Legal Operations team, you will be working with one of our biggest BPO companies for  a  major video streaming platform project, globally recognized for its role in enabling content creators to upload and share videos with audiences worldwide.
This platform manages a vast array of content, including educational videos, entertainment, and much more.
Your primary responsibility will be to review and process legal requests related to this content.
This includes requests regarding privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and content falsification.
You'll work in a back-office environment, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, while maintaining quality standards and timely resolution.
Responsibilities : Review and analyze legal requests such as privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification of documents Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and client guidelines Maintain accuracy and efficiency in reviewing cases within designated turnaround times Provide support in managing and tracking cases for future reference Skills & Qualifications : No prior experience required in contact centers or legal operations Good understanding of KPIs Ability to read and comprehend large volumes of information Preferred : 0 to 12 months of experience in administrative tasks Legal background or experience in the travel industry is a plus Requirements : Eligible Documents : EU ID, Residence card, or Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022) Type of Contract : 1-month training contract followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period Recruitment Process : Initial Screening Work Language Assessment (WLA) Operations Round HR Interview Why Join Us?
