Description du poste

Le département Technology & Competitiveness supporte l'ensemble du groupe Akuo dans le déploiement de ses projets renouvelables en France et à l'international.

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Technology - Solar et participerez à l'optimisation de son fonctionnement et au développement de son activité, notamment :

Guider et soutenir les membres plus juniors de l'équipe dans le suivi de leurs projets
Définition de la stratégie globale solaire avec analyse de nouveaux marchés / nouvelles technologies
Développement et mise en place d'outils et modèles pour améliorer la performance / compétitivité du groupe
Support des Project Managers dans les régions, validation des hypothèses structurantes et appui pour les prises de décisions
Développement de nouvelles offres solaires (par ex. projets hybrides avec les autres équipes Techno)
Formation des collaborateurs du groupe pour permettre une montée en compétence de l'activité solaire dans son ensemble (technologie, process, outils…)
Animation de la communauté solaire
Elaboration de partenariats avec les interlocuteurs externes : contractants, fournisseurs, instituts de recherche…

Qualifications

Expérience professionnelle et formation : Formation Ingénieur (Bac+5) et expérience d'au moins 8 ans dans le développement et la conception de projets solaires photovoltaïques large-scale à l'international (impératif).

Compétences personnelles : autonomie, travail en équipe, proactivité, flexibilité. Capacité d'organisation et de priorisation des sujets. Capacité de négociation.

Outils : PVsyst, autocad / draftsight, PVdesign, outils de cartographie type Qgis

Connaissances professionnelles : bonne connaissance du marché solaire, de ses différents acteurs et des enjeux clés. Compréhension du modèle financier d'un projet solaire. Compréhension fine des étapes de développement d'un projet solaire et des enjeux associés.
Maitrise de l'anglais obligatoire, espagnol apprécié

Le poste est basé au 140 avenue des Champs-Elysées à Paris (75008).

Contrat en CDI
Le poste est ouvert au télétravail, jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine + 10 jours flottants par an (soit 100 jours par an)
Jusqu'à 12 jours de repos par an
Rémunération à définir, en fonction du niveau d'expérience et de la maîtrise des compétences attendues
Part variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs

Ticket-restaurant (10€ unitaire) pris en charge à 60%.
