DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer support via email and chat, predominantly in Russian, and occasionally in EnglishAssist customers with inquiries regarding account and payment proceduresResolve issues related to login and registrationAssist with the recovery and modification of emails, phone numbers, and other account detailsManage cases of hacked accounts and facilitate character restorationAddress inquiries concerning the reward programRespond to questions regarding tokens and prepaid game cardsHandle payment-related inquiries and facilitate refund processesREQUIREMENTS: Native level Russian, both oral and written.
