.Tax Reporting and Digitalization SpecialistCountry/Region: ESCity: LisbonThe Record to Report (R2R) of EDP GBS is looking to recruit for the Tax area. Our mission is to ensure the operation of the economic and financial activities supporting the EDP Group's activity, including financial master data management, accounting, taxation, and operational treasury management.What you will do:Collaborate with the design and implementation of internal tools to automate compliance tax functions and improve the tax controlling environment at EDP Group; Prepare and design reporting models to provide management with useful tax information regularly; Prepare templates to help calculate taxes more automatically; Develop RPAs to assist the tax team in avoiding recurrent duties; Help local teams developsolutions to increase the efficiency of the Tax function; Secure accurate and timely tax reporting to stakeholders (e.G., EDP management, tax authorities); Collaborate in coordinating tax reporting processes of EDP; Support local teams on quarterly closings and validate tax accounting figures; Prepare Tax information for EDP and EDPR Annual Accounts; Provide tax inputs for financial models in M&A transactions, budgeting processes, tax forecasting, etc.Employment type: Full-TimeWork site: Hybrid ModelWorkplace: LisbonWhat are we looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or Tax with data analytics experience; 1-5 years of relevant experience in digitalizing processes is a plus; IT Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query knowledge is a Plus), Microsoft Power Automate / UiPath, and SAP; Other Skills: Power Query; Hands-on, open, creative, and keen to work in a team; Finance / tax skills;Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; Innovative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; Sound organizational skills and process-driven mentality; Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects across various countries.More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we seek ambitious people enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.Equal opportunities for all: Our vision is that each person combines their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
