Wat je gaat doen als Technisch Support Specialist: Ondersteunen van B2B-klanten via e-mail, chat en telefoon
Samenwerken met collega's om de klantbeleving te verbeteren
Dagelijks problemen oplossen, innoveren en veranderingsprocessen managen
Behandelen van betalingsvragen van verkopers en kopers via diverse platforms
Verantwoordelijk zijn voor Trustpilot-beoordelingen en de algehele NPS van het bedrijf verhogen door uitstekende service
Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren en verbeteren om de klantreis en tevredenheid te optimaliseren
Wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn: Vloeiend Nederlands (moedertaalniveau) en Engels (C1-niveau)
Ervaring met computers en software
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding
Interesse om te werken in een ambitieus team
