International Sales Representative

Glartek, founded in 2017, is a fast-growing Augmented and Connected Worker Platform leader for the Manufacturing Industry and our mission is to increase the efficiency and safety of shopfloor processes. Our software solution combines the Augmented Reality, Artificial intelligence/Machine Learning and Internet of Things domains to bring visibility, optimization, and reassurance to industrial operations. The company has large customers such as EDP, DS Smith, Horse, Daimler, Cecil, and Veolia and raised over €1.5M in venture capital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, reporting directly to the VP Business Dev. As an International Sales Representative, you will be a part of a dynamic team. As the ideal candidate, your goal is to be versatile, with high energy and strong sales skills. Tasks
Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
Answer customers' questions and provide additional information
Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of the product
Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Organise customer presentation
Prepare, Submit and Follow-through offers to deal closure
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintain and expand database of prospects
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Team with channel partners to build pipeline
Stay informed about competing products
Requirements
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Interested in sales and business development activities
Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools
Interest in working with Salesforce.com, Pipedrive or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening, presentation and sales skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Self-motivated and self-directed
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven and effective collaboration skills
BSc degree or equivalent preferred
Fluent in English. Another European language is a plus.
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred
Willing to grow to a international sales role
