This role offers great development and the opportunity to support several business units.You will be part of a strong and dedicated HR community as well as the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec to build an inclusive culture, finding the best diverse talent for our key vacancies.Key Responsibilities:Covering Service Now tickets for Talent Acquisition queries or incidents; Screening applications and delivering a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of communication and delivering timely feedback.Shortlisting CVs for your hiring managers, to support hiring the best diverse talent; Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback; Processing the job offers for our successful candidates in our HRIS system, Workday; Raising POs for recruitment activities in SAP; Maintain accurate candidate data in all recruitment systems and proactively generate recruitment reports. Analyse reports, data and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies.Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles utilizing job boards, social media, networking and other advanced search methods.Management of the TA newsletter
