Para a sucursal de vendas em Portugal, procuramos um Account Manager responsável pela venda direta na zona Norte.
Descrição: Reportando ao Head of Sales de Portugal, terá como principais responsabilidades:
Manter e desenvolver a carteira de clientes existente, através de um bom acompanhamento, sem esquecer a prospeção e angariação de novos clientes.
Promover e vender a totalidade de produtos e serviços da organização na sua área de trabalho.
Responder aos pedidos de informação dos clientes, negociar preços dentro dos limites da sua autoridade e concluir as encomendas.
Efetuar demonstrações de produtos e preparar propostas de vendas.
Prestar a formação necessária aos clientes e assegurar a sua competência nos produtos da empresa.
Estabelecer planos e prioridades de vendas trimestrais e mensais, programando as suas atividades de modo que estes objetivos sejam concretizados.
Manter toda a informação atualizada no programa de CRM (Salesforce) das suas atividades.
Perfil ideal: Experiência prévia na função, demonstrando autonomia nas tarefas acima mencionadas.
Formação superior será valorizada (não eliminatório).
Experiência mínima de 2 anos como técnico de vendas com experiência em vendas de máquinas.
Nível intermédio ou avançado de inglês, de preferência (não eliminatório).
Experiência no desenvolvimento de negócio em B2B.
Disponibilidade total para viajar cobrindo toda a área norte de Portugal, (distritos de Coimbra e Guarda para cima).
Conhecimentos e Atributos Pessoais: Deve ser uma pessoa autónoma, disciplinada e com espírito de iniciativa.
Necessário ter boa visão comercial e ser orientada para os resultados.
Demonstrar entusiasmo, perseverança, fiabilidade e elevados padrões éticos.
Possuir fortes capacidades de venda.
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e elevada capacidade de escuta.
Competências sólidas em gestão do tempo, capacidade de reação, sentido de urgência, priorização de esforços e resolução de problemas.
Capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em equipa.
