Description Document Review: Regularly review existing HSE documentation to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, and update documents accordingly to maintain compliance. Communication: Collaborate with service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, ensuring that documents reflect the most current safety and environmental practices. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into actionable document updates. Reporting: Generate reports on HSE document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management. Create/update training material. Perform/coordinate audits. Process management. Manage emergency response plans and procedures. Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in document development and management, especially in an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety or regulatory context. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in HSE-related disciplines Job Offer A great opportunity for your career.
