Descrição Suportar as lideranças e equipas de gestão a área de referência em todos os temas relacionados com as diferentes políticas e processos de recursos humanos;Apoiar ativamente a definição e seguimento da estratégia de recursos humanos da empresa em Portugal;Funcionar como Business Partner claro e influenciador para todos os temas do ciclo de colaborador, respeitantes à atividade da sua área de negócio;Liderar o processo de gestão de desempenho;Apoiar nas temáticas de comunicação interna;Ser parte ativa das temáticas e iniciativas de Diversidade e Inclusão;Participar em projetos internacionais de alinhamento de políticas de recursos humanos do Grupo. Perfil ideal Formação académica em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Psicologia ou similar;Experiência profissional robusta na área de Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente em contexto multinacional;Experiência em empresas de serviços profissionais (fator preferencial);Experiência nas áreas de Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos, nomeadamente de gestão de talento, performance e learning;Bons conhecimentos em Microsoft Office, sobretudo Excel e PowerPoint;Bom nível de Inglês;Perfil com orientação para a implementação de processos e para a defesa de decisões corporativas;Perfil fortemente relacional, comunicativo e com capacidade de influência clara;Forte sentido de organização e de resolução de problemas;Bom nível de autonomia técnica e funcional;Disponibilidade para um projeto inicial de aproximadamente 1 ano, com fortes possibilidades de integração posterior.
