What you need to join us: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Service Manager;
- Develop and ensure compliance with project plans, including execution, communication, risk management, and mitigation;
- Manage priorities and coordinate teams to achieve service objectives and metrics;
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders;
- Ensure the execution of contracted services according to terms, service levels, and a continuous process of managing expectations;
- Serve as the focal point for services and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines and quality criteria;
- Actively participate in controlling and maximizing service profitability;
- Maintain close contact with technical teams involved in the service;
- Proactively prevent service failures and seek opportunities to add value to the provided service;
- Support in defining corrective and preventive actions for problematic situations;
- Participate in identifying needs and promoting new business opportunities in collaboration with business teams;
- Prepare, present, and analyze reports on project activities and/or service provision.
