We’re looking for a **Marketing Analyst** to help our Marketers to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the wider marketing team and act as a link between the data and engineering tribes, as well as collaborating with colleagues in other business functions on specific projects. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, Intelligence and MarTech.

**Your new adventure**:

- Analyze data to provide easy-to-understand and easy-to-action insights.
- Analysis will cover all stages of the customer lifecycle from discovery, growth, retention and churn.
- Review customer journey data from key landing pages, sign-up funnel and key touch points along that journey.
- Understand the impact of marketing activity on sign-ups and conversions to new paying companies.
- Build reports to provide insights to stakeholders
- Identify ways to enhance existing reporting through automation and optimization, enabling stakeholders to self-serve.
- Collaborate with other teams to make sure we’re capturing the right data, in the right place, at the right time
- Play an active role in the analyst tribe, building relationships and advancing ways of working across the analyst community.

**Does this sound like you?**:

- 3+ years working as a data analyst with a focus on digital marketing and customer experience
- Comfortable with SQL and proficient in producing dashboards in business intelligence tools (such as Tableau)
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Ability to explain the insights behind the data to a broad audience and to convey key points in simple terms to peers and stakeholders
- Working in a team of data specialists and collaborating with various teams such as marketing, sales, partners, product, customer experience, data, engineering and finance.
- Great time management skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships with internal teams
- Ability to present compelling cases to decision-makers in the business
- An interpersonal style that elicits trust, open-mindedness and cooperation
- Experience of or empathy towards operating in a high-growth PE-backed environment
