Estamos à procura de um(a) host de restaurante dedicado(a) e entusiasta para se juntar à nossa equipa no Bep Viet.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Receber os clientes.
- Gerir as reservas e organizar o fluxo de clientes para garantir um serviço eficiente.
- Acompanhar os clientes até às suas mesas e apresentar o menu.
- Fornecer informações detalhadas sobre os pratos e bebidas, incluindo sugestões de vinhos.
- Manter uma área de recepção limpa e organizada.
- Resolver quaisquer questões ou reclamações dos clientes de forma eficaz e cortês.
- Colaborar com a equipa de sala e cozinha para garantir uma experiência de jantar excelente.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência prévia em funções de atendimento ao cliente ou hospitalidade.
- Fluência em inglês é essencial; conhecimento de outras línguas é uma vantagem.
- Conhecimento de vinhos e capacidade de fazer recomendações aos clientes.
- Habilidades de comunicação excepcionais e capacidade de interagir com diversos perfis de clientes.
- Apresentação cuidada e profissional em todos os momentos.
- Atitude positiva, proatividade e excelentes capacidades de organização.
